However, navigating the legal system to obtain justice — and compensation — for child victims requires dedicated, experienced legal advocacy.
Advocate Yulius Benyamin Seran, SH has been recognized internationally for his expertise in this field. He was invited to present at the Third Regional Workshop on Justice for Children in East Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok, Thailand, where he addressed how Indonesian law secures compensation rights for child victims of sexual abuse.
